We will be the best and attract the best, innovate, not imitate; and deliver more than we promise in all that we do.

The team at Alliance Window Cleaning prides itself on our ability to respond within 48 hours with our experienced windows cleaners. Our fleet of pressure washers operate 7 days a week seasonal. We handling anything from small shopping centers to entire complexes.
Our ability to assemble the necessary labor force and manage a challenging project is due to the fact that our management team and labor force exists as the result of years of positive, controlled growth. As a reliable locally owned and operated service contractor in the Midwest, our reputation with property managers, construction managers and even our competition.
3) Training Program (Window Cleaning):
Our objectives are to be the best, most professional service company in our industry and to attract quality oriented and loyal, long term employees. To do this, it has always been, and always will be Alliance Window Cleaning policy to train and promote employees from within the company.
We at Alliance are very proud of our training program, which is constantly updated, and always evolving as new techniques and equipment enterthe field. We have a proven training program which is a proprietary system combining classroom sessions with written testing, on the job training and continuous review and education through weekly safety meetings. We also rely on professionally developed and administered safety training programs from associations including the Scaffold Industry Association, Inc. (SIA), the Chicagoland Construction Safety Council and the International Window Cleaners Certification Institute (IWCCI). Our managers and supervisors routinely attend safety classes and seminars, which apply to our type of business. We are very active in promoting awareness of industry safety, attending ANSI (American National Safety Institute) A-39 meetings and organizing regional safety meetings in addition to our in house system.
Our reputation in the window cleaning industry is that our employees are among the best trained, most knowledgeable window cleaners in the Chicagoland area. The reason for this is the basis on which the company was founded, that only the best employees will create the best company. We prefer to train our people from the ground up (literally). Our proprietary training material and system has earned us the respect of our competitors due to its effectiveness. In addition to our in house training program, all of our window cleaners are required to study the course material and log the on the job training hours needed to achieve certification by the (IWCCI) International Window Cleaners Certification Institute.
3.1 Training Program (Pressure Washing):
Our pressure washing employees are trained much like our window cleaners and sweepers. They too have classroom sessions and written tests as well as on-site training. We are members of the Power Washers of North America (PWNA) and attend regular meetings as new cleaners and methods enter the field. Since each building is different and there are so many types of concrete, pavers, granite, dryvit, etc. that must be cleaned, we always do test patches prior to continuing our work. This way we can assure the building or walkways will be cleaned to the customer’s satisfaction.
4) Quality Control:
Alliance is proud of our reputation for providing consistent quality and personal attention to all of our customers. We are confident you will find that our dedication to providing the highest quality service possible is the philosophy the company was established upon and continues to be the basis for our success.
Alliance has a formal quality control system, however the strength of our success is simply due to consistent personal contact with the customer and employees on the job. IF OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO CHECK OUR PRODUCTION FOR US, THEN THE CLIENT DOES NOT NEED OUR SERVICES.
Normally, the ownership does not “have the time” to get involved in the daily operations. However, Alliance is not your average company and since our success has been attributed primarily to personal attention our corporate structure is designed to allow for it.
4.1 Quality Control (Window Cleaning/Pressure Washing):
A supervisor will be on-site each day that our crew is present, at jobsite needing more than two people. This is dictated by company policy and will be required on all project sites. The next level of management (Division Manager and/or Ownership) will be on site frequently to check progress and quality. Our most important control is customer contact through constant communications, combined with on the job inspections.
5) Communication (Customer Service):
Alliance has one central office located in West Chicago, IL. Through this office we service Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. All of your work will be scheduled by our Operations Manager at this office. This way you have one person you can contact regarding any of your schedulable or pre-scheduled work. The operations manager also oversees the daily schedule for employees to be sure that any special requests or concerns are addressed with the employees prior to their arrival on your site.
All of our managers, supervisors, and employees are equipped with cell phones. You can call our office and we can have an on-site supervisor on the phone in seconds to handle any of your concerns.
We establish both verbal and written communication methods to handle requests, complaints and problems. Cleaning inspection reports, safety inspections, additional work requests and complaint forms will be part of the logbook for immediate review by the customer.
All supervisors are required to keep an “on-site” field report of events and personnel problems. This report would cover special requests, complaints, or problems that occur during the shift as well as relay information to Alliance Management and the customer.
Duplicate information on all personnel issues will be kept in the individual employees personnel folder for review purposes. These reports may also contain any problems such as unusual staining of the glass or metal, cracked, broken or defective windows or glazing, etc. that our people may discover during the normal day-to-day operation while on your building. This report may be instrumental in correcting situations or bringing them to your attention even though it may not be directly related to window cleaning. This encourages a positive relationship. Better communications will result in more effective and better cleanings. Should at any time you have any questions about our service, you are encouraged to contact our management.
To summarize, I trust you will find that Alliance’s ability to handle a project will not only reduce your costs, but will result in the Alliance management team becoming an extension of your management team. We view the relationship as a long-term commit- ment, where problem solving and continuous improvement are an ongoing part of our focus. With our highly experienced and motivated operations staff there is no project we cannot handle.
